In June 2006 Steven was hired as the Director of Prudential One REALTORS® Commercial Division. Until May 2006, Steven had served for 4 yrs as manager and sales agent at HRI Commercial Realty in Beavercreek. This lifetime Daytonian started his real estate career in 1987. His unique system of serving clients results an impressive 80% - 90% repeat and referral business.

He specializes in commercial sales & leasing, including commercial investment properties and business brokerage. With his knowledge and expertise you will find working with him extremely beneficial in selling or leasing your commercial property.
